Yesterday at Chesmont Championships I finally put my spin together for shot and threw a PR of 44ft 11 3/4in that was almost 5ft over my last PR I also PR'd in Discus by 9 ft and ended the day with 118ft I took 4th place in shot in the Chesmont and 12th in discus
