You learn how to interact with adults in a respectful manor.

You gain confidence voicing your knowledge and opinion to people more successful than you.

You are outside and moving all day + get the grit of double bagging 2 rounds in a day.

You learn course management and see all different types of players of the game.

You make good money, usually cash, and can have a good time doing it.

You get experience being wrong and having to own up to it (still feel bad about my misread for a guy on 18 in the member guest...)

If you can, get your kids to caddy.
