Not only has James Gladstone been cooking in interviews/talks but Mcvay and Snead have called Jags brass about him. Said he was a lead in the last 2 Rams drafts.

Ian Cunningham has been the guy since the jump. Had original reservations about the job but those are gone. Now desperately wants the job.

Jags talked some contract and stuff during Ian’s interview.

BUT from what I got from multiple people today, it is actually a real decision between the 2 guys.

Due to Ian dragging his feet early , Gladstone killing his interview , being from a coach centric franchise & McVay/Snead gushing about him. It’s a real decision now.

One person said it went from 99% Ian to 60/40 Ian.
