Concept Features
-Add a wall behind the bank that can be blown with dynamite to gain access to the bank,but triggers the alarms
-Going into the bank with a keycard doesnt trigger alarms(unless you hit a laser)

-Decrease the time it takes to pickpocket a cop by 1.5 seconds

-Decrease the range of the handcuffs and increase time it takes to arrest to 2.1 seconds
