@OmarKelly seems like we got away from some of the play action quick slants that were successful in previous years? Teams are praying on deep floaters. Has the run game resurgence opened back up some of those lanes?
@OmarKelly not calling for anyone’s head yet! But Jim Schwartz kinda fits a tough nosed guy who has experience/success and has also learned through failure at times
@OmarKelly if Grier hit on Pat Paul in the draft. Were his only major O line misses Eichenberg/Michael Dieter/Kindley. Hits A Jackson/Hunt/Paul. He’s kinda batting 500 which statistically isn’t horrible?
@OmarKelly Play calls are very boom or bust. Large negative losses when blocking isn’t perfect kills drives. Not every play needs to be complicated if you have a physical team
@OmarKelly I know we talk a lot about Grier blame lately, but honest question would this team have one or two less holes with the draft picks Ross lost? We missed out on serious cheap labor affecting depth
@chrisperk Skyler might also be better in an offense that wasn’t made for Tua. If Tua was going to go down for the season you might as well suck though right? I’m totally fine spending some money on a real backup once you know it’s a shorter stint
@OmarKelly Harris looked like he really struggled in bucs game. Washed down consistently, would his spot be most likely for an upgrade on cut down day?
@OmarKelly hey Omar was hoping for a birthday question. I know phins were banged up in second half of season, but it felt like the league figured out the formula to beat the offense. From the practices you’ve seen has McDaniels developed a counter punch?
@OmarKelly Hey Omar I know they finished 10th but were they on the field a lot? We were 23rd in offensive plays per game (yes some were explosive on O) but was the defense complementary to an explosive offense?
