It’s going to be really weird seeing someone wear 55 after Baylor.
That being said, I believe that a number retirement should be an extremely exclusive club - the greatest of the greats; players that defined an era of the highest levels of success in the program to date (at the time they played); and ideally (but not mandatorily), players that played through the entirety of their collegiate eligibility at Creighton.
In my opinion, in the modern era at Creighton, that distinction belongs only to Kyle Korver, Doug McDermott, and Ryan Kalkbrenner.
