Unbelievable @AirCanada, I was stuck in Rome for 9 days without anything…..turns out Air Canada had my bag THE WHOLE TIME and would not send it to me… the only reason I got it back was because I flew back to Paris and found it myself… worst experience ever!

My first time going to Europe and my trip was ruined thanks to @AirCanada. My flight was delayed, bag was lost, money spent on new flights, and they wouldn’t send me my luggage… I had nothing for 9 DAYS!!!
