@Verizon you lost a customer you’ve had for 28 years because of your refusal to honor your trade in promotion. Refusing to accept the trade in the store, forcing me to mail the phone. Then saying the box arrived empty. That’s your poor policy. Bye

@Verizon shame on you. I’ve been a customer for going on 30 years. You offer $800 credit on my trade in and don’t allow the trade at a retail location. Mailed the phone and you say the box was empty and won’t honor the credit. You are going to lose a long time customer.
