@KLM_UK I was delayed by 3 hours 10 mins on a previous flight. Tried to query compensation and was told my delay was only 2 hours 50 mins.. every place I check the timings and delays (provided by KLM) it shows over 3 hours? How can I get help from a real non automated person.
