@PatrickQJackson I’m getting a little fed up with people I admire in the UFO field coming out in support of DJT. It hurts my heart. I was much happier when ufology was non partisan. Please stop. 😜 🙃 🍹 🍹 🍹
@compellingtold I took a sign language class in college. The deaf teacher highly encouraged using facial expressions and being very animated and expressive, rather than just moving hands and fingers. Some signs even require facial expressions, like the word sour for example.
@elonmusk Even Fox News today was reporting that increased early voting by republicans isn’t necessarily an indication of increased support for Trump. Martha McCallum asked if early voting would “cannabalize” same day voting, based on Trump’s urging to vote early 2024.
@elonmusk Why would he say this knowing it’s not true? To prep for high expectations so he can say it’s evidence of cheating. Same reason Trump is going around telling everyone he’s polling at 90%. You’d have to be really stupid to believe that figure. And yet he keeps saying it. Why? 🤨
@joerogan@elonmusk Democrats support poor people. Republicans support rich people and corporations. So I get why Joe endorses him. But Republicans tricking poor people into voting for them is the biggest trick ever pulled.
@TheUfoJoe Apparently, insane amounts of money tends to turn people republican. Funny how that works. His net worth increased tenfold after the Spotify deal. I’m picturing a graph of money over time and political views changing over time, with strong correlation.
@america And to assume that all the immigrants who get a path to citizenship will remain loyal to the democrat party 10 years later is just not realistic or even reasonable.

“Perhaps Musk imagines that a president or administration can simply decree mass naturalisation of noncitizens without going through the prescribed individual legal processes, and that Congress and the courts would simply then accept this.
@america “Some undocumented migrants who arrive in the US could have a route to citizenship - but that would typically take a decade or longer, if they even have a path at all, which many of them will not," says Michelle Mittelstadt of the Migration Policy Institute.”
@america “Mr Musk mentions a 1986 bill which granted amnesty to approximately three million undocumented immigrants in the US. This was passed by Congress and signed into law by Republican President Ronald Reagan. It forgave individuals… but did not give them immediate citizenship.”
