@AmandaBernardo Lots of focus on helping dtown biz, but what about those opened in suburbs or rural areas due to influx of employees WFH? There’s no perfect solt’n. Let’s remember that change is experienced on an emotional lvl so mandates w/o focus on ppl are less likely to succeed
