At the beginning of Season 3’s “Witches of the Mist,” the Clone Commandos delivering the bodies of Jedi Master Halsey and his Padawan Knox are actually Delta Squad: Boss, Fixer, Scorch and Sev from the 2005 video game Star Wars: Republic Commando.

Dave Filoni specifically requested that the fan-favourite squad be included in the episode, giving the Republic Commando crew a brief appearance in The Clone Wars.
