@arrivayorkshire The 261 is timetabled to stop on Town Road in Kirkheaton TWICE on its route into town. This should happen - not buses driving past with the driver waving that they will pick up next time!
@bbuk Absolutely no need for BB to go on at Donna for her face-to-face nomination. She was trying to do her nomination in a nice way. Why is BB trying to cause drama??
@arrivayorkshire Yet we are STILL waiting for an evening bus service in Kirkheaton. Your 260 and 261 service is a disgrace finishing so early Mon to Sat. There is an active campaign about this.
Last night I was on board the train which sadly struck a person on the tracks near Purley at around 9.30pm. This is my account of what happened over 5.5 hours. π§΅/1
@FirstWestYorks I have logged my comments and we WILL be campaigning for these changes to be reversed.
Unfortunately, a sorry doesn't make up for the fact I, any many otherw who catch the 371 will now have to spend Β£50+ a week on taxis to get home from work.
Mp's and Cllrs are involved now.
@FirstWestYorks You are cutting off villages and communities and people won't be able to get home due to changes to 371!
Nothing on your buses to advertise this and NONE of the passengers last night knew about these changes. You NEED to reverse this decision.
We WILL campaign against it
@arrivayorkshire when your 261 is on diversion in Kirkheaton due to roadworks- please make sure they still wait at timing points.
The 11.21 sailed down the hill 6 minutes early. I have to be at work at 12. Can I claim my taxi fare back?
@TeamPennine Are you not bothering to run the 262 at all seeing as its the last day before you're cancelling it???
No wonder its pax usage has declined when its always not running!!
