@kofinas Just like US traded with Japan and France/UK with Germany all the way into WW2. It takes a surmounting amount of willingness to stop trade as we naturally urge to accumulate wealth. Prior to an actual clash, a lot of “geopolitics” is just optics that are managed subpar to that.
