In 1993, the remains of a woman, later known as the Siberian Ice Maiden, were discovered in the Republic of Altai, Russia. She is believed to have been a member of the Pazyryk people, a Siberian group, and was estimated to be 20 to 30 years old when she died.

Her body was located in a burial mound, inside a chamber. The Ice Maiden's burial included two food trays, whose residue revealed ceremonial items like a drink, various meats, and yogurt.

Also found in the grave were three horses and a pot containing cannabis and opium, hinting at their use for pain relief.

The Ice Maiden is thought to have been a person of high status, possibly a high priestess. Although her grave had been looted, water entered and froze inside the chamber, leading to her remarkable preservation.

She was buried in a coffin. The preservation also highlighted intricate tattoos on her body, including one that might represent a horse or deer, with additional tattoos on other parts of her body.

I went on my lunch at work, and I got a burger and fries. I ate the whole burger, but... I can't even finish the fries. How am I full??? I'm very active and on my feet and I move my body. When will eating not be so damn hard anymore?
