@muranava just tried with a moto e and usb tether. this worked ok. what desktop os are you using? i'm using ubuntu 14.04.

@muranava can you test if it's working over wifi? maybe there is a problem with the app or browser.

@muranava according to the android source when using usb teher the address is always 192.168.42.129.
