Con ambiente me refiero a estado de derecho. Moches interminables, extorsiones e inseguridad; emprender aquí involucra un riesgo que no todos están dispuestos a tomar.

Con ambiente me refiero a los “costos” de ser productivo en México. Carreteras en mal estado e inseguras, aeropuertos saturados, logística cara. ¿Así cómo se compite en un mercado global?

Con ambiente me refiero a los costos de energía, en donde la electricidad industrial puede llegar a ser hasta doble que en EUA.

A los mexicanos no nos hace falta motivación para emprender,

Reforma al artículo 141 del CFF — estatus legislativo.

La Comisión de Hacienda aprobó hoy el dictamen que elimina el orden obligatorio para garantizar el interés fiscal y suprime la carga de acreditar imposibilidad económica por modalidad.

El contribuyente elegiría libremente entre las seis fracciones del 141. Sin escalonamiento. Sin demostrar que no puede acceder a billete de depósito antes de ofrecer prenda, fianza o embargo.

Siguiente paso: declaratoria de publicidad y votación en el Pleno de la Cámara de Diputados.

Pendiente: tránsito al Senado.

El transitorio segundo abre una ventana de 30 días naturales tras la entrada en vigor para sustituir garantías ya constituidas bajo el orden vigente. Quienes tengan créditos fiscales garantizados desde enero 2026 deben tenerlo en radar.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
