@Instacart they fixed that, but the adjustment for last week is off (probably because it was run with the Monday earnings on it) and my pay is $17.92 /hour which is not correct, since I have at least $18 minimum + the miles!
@Instacart Companies have to pay 20% above the minimum wage, which in California is $15/h. This week there was an issue with the app and on Monday the earnings tab was including the Monday earnings on the previous week,
@Instacart Every week we get an adjustment, that brings my earnings per hour to $20 +, last week we had an extra adjustment due to a increase on the per mile reimbursement that was retroactive to 2022 and the beginning of the year!
@Instacart I’ll write again on the hope the next person takes the time to read. I’m in California, and shoppers get a minimum guaranteed payment, there is a minimum hour and mile Instacart and other gig companies have to pay.
@YepIDunnit@BrianKarem Honey, there are laws, and the constitution is not the only set of laws one has to follow. You cannot ignore the restrictions imposed on where you can carry or not! Crime is crime!!!
