- Domestic chores;
- How to do your taxes;
- Basic financial decisions (mortgage, interest rates, etc, etc);
I know you ask for just one discipline but there are so many...
I know some of you will say: "some of these are supposed to be learned at home".

@MentalUnleash Remember that there are kids that won't learn this at home and perhaps schools can step in. The domestic chores are quite popular in Japanese schools that I think it should be mandatory in all countries.
