@AmericanAir why can't anyone give me straight answers on where my carryon is? I was forced to leave it behind in Louisville even after the flight was delayed because you didn't have a crew for the ramp. #americanair
@KP_026@AmericanAir I feel for you. I had a terrible experience as well. I was forced to place my carryon as checked baggage from Louisville to Charlotte. The bag wasn't transferred for my final destination and @americanair has no answers.
@AmericanAir After leaving my bag behind, I see a lot of space in the overhead bin above my seat and surrounding seats. To top it off, the bag didn't make it to NYC. The app showed it was uploaded to my flight and it wasn't. Still waiting. Smh.
@AmericanAir So I am waiting for my carry on that was never meant to be taken with the rest of the luggage. My flight was delayed. No consideration from the agent at the desk. Then when we were boarding he said no more bags could go on board. I travel with a carry on for a reason.

Absolutely one of the most disempowering things I could have done.
Examples:

Waiting for a move or a new (anything).
Waiting for an opportunity instead of creating it.
