@HayleyArchiMum @DVLAgovuk Exactly the same. Applied & paid online in March. Then had to submit form as could not use passport photo. Then fee wrongly refunded so had to repay. Then second request for photo. Then fee wrongly refunded again. Still waiting for licence. Impossible to contact DVLA. Utter joke
