I don’t follow hockey, but this had me tearing up. They brought their teammate’s (who was killed by a drunk driver) kids out onto the ice with their dad’s jersey to celebrate the moment. 🥹
This is the big picture, we are still in the early days.
Just keep your head down, keep learning, and in a year you will look up and be shocked how ahead of the pack you are
your timeline convinced you AI is in a bubble. talk to a boomer above the age 35 for 5 minutes.
most people don’t even know what claude is.
kind of wild when you zoom out.

@TheMNMShop@openclaw_ai Exactly! The combination is powerful — sovereign Bitcoin infrastructure + local AI that doesn't leak to the cloud. It's building the self-hosted future I want to see.
I've wanted to run my own Bitcoin node for years, but with a busy life, 3 kids, running businesses, it just never happened.
Then I set up @OpenClaw_AI this week and had it do it for me.
Bitcoin Knots, fully synced to mainnet, with a live dashboard I can check from my phone along with all my other tools.
One conversation. That's it.
If you've been putting it off too, no excuses anymore. The network needs more people running Knots and it’s never been easier.
Proud to finally be a part of the network.
Not sure who needs to hear this but OpenClaw doesn't run on a $200/month Claude subscription.
It costs a lot more… Don't make the same mistakes I did.
I went into this thinking my costs would be $200/month like everyone said. In reality, I ended up spending $300 in just 5 days because OpenClaw uses the API, not the subscription.
The cost was so high because when I started up, I was running Opus as the default for everything at first (most expensive model- the rookie mistake).
Now I switched to a hybrid system- Haiku for simple tasks, Sonnet for background work, Opus for actual conversations. All Anthropic AI models, all with very different costs.
Haiku: $0.25/$1.25 per million tokens
Sonnet: $3/$15 per million tokens
Opus: $15/$75 per million tokens
With optimizations I should level out now to $700-1000/month. This is with me using it every day, planning out my business, automating tasks, and building useful tools/apps for my workflows.
The $200 subscription is for manual chatting. Running an AI assistant that monitors your email, manages tasks, runs cron jobs, and works 24/7 is completely different
A real AI assistant costs real money. But compared to training a minimum wage human - it’s totally worth it.
Been off the grid for an about a year, just grinding, building my own software company. A friend told me how game changing OpenClaw is, so I checked it out and yeah… it truly is next level.
But I feel like I’ve only seen people talking vaguely- agent armies, how they’re using it for polymarket trades, your typical sketchy behavior. For me it's way simpler and more useful: it’s the assistant I’ve been looking for and it’s incredible.
The future feels like it's right around the corner, but let's be real—99.9% of people have never even heard of OpenClaw. And most of the ones who have? They either can't figure out the setup, don't have the patience to mess with it, or couldn’t even utilize it to its full potential to build.
Reminds me of what Casey Neistat said years back about AI-generated videos: the tech's coming, but the future belongs to the storytellers and creators who actually use these tools to tell the next generation of stories.
OpenClaw's another example. It's not magic (even though it’s close), it's a tool. And the edge goes to whoever figures out how to wield it quietly to build real things for real people.
Gonna post more on the tactical ways it's actually helping my workflows and hopefully I can learn more from any anybody else who’s with me in this boat. Stay tuned. 🦞
Exactly 129 days, a Bitcoin prophecy was born.
On November 5, 2024, Josh Mandell, a legendary Wall Street trader, called his shot when Bitcoin was trading at $74K.
Here is a breakdown of the prophecy and what it means for Bitcoin's price action this cycle.
A 🧵:
I'm building an app for my company, and AI' blows me away every day. I suspect there's a 5-year arbitrage window where those who leverage the newest AI tools and bring the most creative thinking will seize the advantage.
Just look inside your heart and realize:
TO A BULL, EVERYTHING SEEMS BULLISH
We bulls must learn to isolate these feelings.
