@LFCHelp I've been successful to enroll for both the European Cup and FA Cup, taking place at 11am today & have been sent individual links for both. It says links are unique so do I need to activate one or both at the same time?
From memory, I only needed to do one last year.

@nectar @nectar Like others, I also can't redeem points for a Eurostar voucher because your site won't accept the 6-digit security code you send me. I've spent days with your help team who seemed to make it up as they go along. I have hotels booked & the fare keeps going up.

@nectar I have booked time off work & booked hotels & have lost it all. Your so called 'loyalty' scheme is a con & customer service is pathetic. This is not an isolated case, just a quick look at twitter tells how many others have been let down like me. You lack integrity.

@nectar Not good enough, I have had to cancel my holiday because off this. I've saved oner 40k points, thats s lot of money spent in Sainsburys. Will switch to Tesco if you can't deliver on what you offer.
