@FixingEducation Request a Teacher / Parent meeting and invite the ignorant administrator... Although, do we really have that many administrators that side with parents/students over teachers? And, if so, it would seem the admin needs some training.
@FixingEducation Not sure there's a direct correlation here. There are many reasons why individuals quit. Some undoubtedly went to other opportunities such as private or online. Personally, I quit soon after my kids graduated. To fix education, we'd need not only a plan, but buy in from many...
@FixingEducation Federal oversight has failed since Jimmy Carter. State governments are too easily influenced. Private, "Quality Learing Center" failed. Not sure there's an easy, "single" answer...
@FixingEducation Personal tech should be in the locker until "free" time, however it's not just the kids at fault. It's coming to the point that parenting classes, as they relate specifically to education, need to be provided. Many parents didn't have parents to teach them how to raise kids...
@FixingEducation Those are just the obvious issues, but there are so many more regarding what should be taught... we've strayed so far from "reading, writing, and arithmetic."
