We started keeping everything in the package instead of pre-connected when covid hit to help with decon and infection control. Connecting the 731 tubing is fairly simple. The T1 is a bit more involved.

The diaphragm connection that you also have to connect to the circuit has issues is the heat and the diaphragm fails. Each circuit in Florida requires two diaphragms

I’m curious how you are planning on dealing with the mandatory self test for scene flight patients. We are looking at these in Florida as well but I’ve worked with them in the past and had a couple issues.

@UCAirCareDoc @jennlyn174 @JacobMillerACNP One former program utilized the Chief medic, Chief nurse, and program director on rotating admin call. Current program has the Program Director on call unless on vacation. You guys have air and ground, clearly need an available admin on call. IMHO.

Hey flight folks. Need adult non-verbal / non-intubated pain scale help. Can’t use numbers if they aren’t verbal. Many critical care scales require you to be intubated. What are you all using if they are in between?

@elonmusk Modular exterior and truck bed interior. Make it easy to add winch, lighting, side steps, ect. Will also help the aftermarket. Truck bed should config for your needs

@CraigCCRNCEN Just a sniff of norepinephrine or phenylephrine will help bridge the divide. I’d also consider conversion to normasol or LR to keep ph in line and help curb K loss
