🚨 This is heartbreaking! Sgt. Kevin Lee Lloyd gave nine years to the Marine Corps. He was poisoned by burn pits and is now dying of cancer. His children won’t receive TRICARE or Gold Star recognition. His son has type 1 diabetes and needs an insulin pump costing over $1,000 a month—even with civilian insurance. The Marine Corps lost his DD-214, and the VA falsified caregiver dates to delay benefits. @POTUS, @VP, @DeptVetAffairs, please help! 🇺🇸🙏😢🐻🎗️
MURDER MOST FOUL: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A JFK DEMOCRAT?
By M.C. Armstrong
In one word, what does it mean to be a JFK Democrat?
Courage.
To be a JFK Democrat is to be a profile in courage. Like those men a young John F. Kennedy described in the book by that same title, @DNIGabbard fits the mold today, even though she’s now a Republican. When you stand up against the corruption in your own party, like JFK and RFK daring to investigate Lyndon Johnson in 1963, you are putting your life and your career on the line. When you stand up against the trouble in your own tribe, the way Tulsi did by speaking up for @BernieSanders in 2016 and by spearheading the Russiagate investigation against Obama, Clinton, and the Intelligence Community here in 2025, you are taking the torch from that Kennedy spirit.
To be a JFK Democrat means you possess the courage to take on the establishment, even if that includes the CIA. To be a JFK Democrat means, in the name of peace, you’re willing to challenge an ally, like Israel. To be a JFK Democrat means you’re willing to dare derision by reaching out to your ostensible adversary, Russia, just as JFK did with Khrushchev and just as @realDonaldTrump is doing right now with Vladimir Putin.
Is Donald Trump a JFK Democrat? Are all the JFK Democrats now Republicans? Is there anyone left in the Democratic Party with that courage to speak the unspeakable?
Consider the story of Rob Lucero. Right now, Lucero is running for Congress as a Democrat in the very city, Los Angeles, where Robert F. Kennedy died.
“There’s a vacuum of leadership,” @lucero4congress said recently. “It’s been in both parties.”
It’s one thing to say the quiet part out loud, but it’s another thing to do something about it. Lucero is doing both. He’s challenging corporate Democrat Jimmy Gomez on all the issues, but he’s also doing something no other Democrat is willing to do in the California kingdom of Gavin Newsom: Lucero is calling for the release of Sirhan Sirhan, the ostensible assassin of Robert F. Kennedy. Like RFK’s son, Lucero wants justice done.
The Kennedy assassinations serve as a litmus test for those who claim to be JFK Democrats. Who out there among my fellow Democrats is helping Tulsi Gabbard and @realannapaulina with the JFK and RFK investigations? Who out there in the land of the blue possesses the courage to challenge Governor Newsom, who vetoed the California parole board’s decision to free Sirhan in 2022?
For those unfamiliar with the RFK case and Lucero’s position, consider the words of David Talbot, the founder of https://t.co/EytoZVFuGy and one of America’s most courageous journalists:
“Eyewitnesses to the shooting of RFK, including those who wrestled Sirhan for his gun (two of whom I interviewed for my 2007 book Brothers), later stated there was no way that Sirhan was positioned to fire the fatal bullet. Dr. Thomas Noguchi, the Los Angeles County coroner who performed the autopsy on Senator Kennedy, came to the same conclusion. Writing in his 1983 memoir, which was ignored by the media, Dr. Noguchi stated that the forensics (including ballistics evidence showing at least 12 shots were fired that night, while Sirhan's gun held only 8 bullets) "indicated there may have been a second gunman... Thus, I have never said that Sirhan Sirhan killed Robert Kennedy."
Paul Schrade was the vice president of the United Auto Workers and was with Robert F. Kennedy in the kitchen of the Ambassador Hotel the night RFK was shot. Schrade, too, took a bullet. Like Talbot, Schrade didn’t buy the official narrative of the assassination. Before he died in 2022, Schrade endorsed Lucero in an earlier run for office.
Rob Lucero is a JFK Democrat for daring to speak up on the issue of the RFK assassination. Who out there among my fellow Democrats will join Lucero while Sirhan Sirhan is still alive and sitting in prison?
Other than Lucero, are there any JFK Democrats left among the Democrats?
