Is there any advise you can give someone trying to transition?

Got my first job in 22, I was young and naive, made careless decisions even down the choice of job (career) I made.

Corrected my mess at 25, changed career and picked up pieces of myself again, I'll be 28 this month, I hope to get married before 29.
