@cvspharmacy hi. Let’s work to sharpen up the notifications (inaccurate texts) and med availability systems. I would also recommend that when kids(per dob) get amoxicillin, there is no need to hold the rx until someone comes to claim it. Just fill it-our kids need that asap.

@MBTA consideration: when you know that “time to next train” > 7 minutes, encourage your drivers to allow folks to enter who are clearly: sprinting to the train, or seniors who can’t run, but are almost there. We all get so frustrated to see you close the doors on our faces….
