I didn’t mention his past playing positions, but the fact is, he’s our best attacking midfielder and perfectly suited for the number 10 role. We’ve been playing him too deep, in areas where we already have better options. Why not make the most of his attacking abilities when we don’t have anyone else for that role? 😂

@Baz15308074 Unfortunately, the players can only perform within the formation they’re set up in, meaning they weren’t set up to be very effective going forward. The only ones I felt underperformed tonight were Mendez-Laing and Jackson. But we got a point out of it.
