In most Asian regions, the first draw costs 10CP. While in Europe, the first draw costs 30CP. Triple the price. So it’s all reasonable that they reduced the CP amount for Asian regions.

@codmINTEL it’s because yall have lower CP cost on anything from the start. Say, an avg lucky draw in Europe starts with 30CP, but in Asian countries it starts with 10. To finish a legendary draw in Asian regions you only need around 4k CP. Meanwhile in Europe, it can go up to 12k CP.
