Noticed how in Anikulapo, everyone in the community recognized the presence of a stranger. They asked basic questions and they immediately profiled the person - Name, job, source of income. The law enforcement officers were also members of the community, not total strangers or a new DPO from 700 miles away.

Security is most effective at the community level. Our ancestors understood this simple idea.
