@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC I still believe Remo Stars will knockout Cotton Sports if they should meet in the qualifying stage of the CAF champions League.
@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC The problem with Nigerian football is money, we can't be waiting for the likes of Orji Uzor Kalu to be governors and pump half of their states money into a football club. We need more sustainable systems in our football.
@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC MFM was a church club without any proper structure, most of the new clubs are feeder teams to European clubs. They have standard academies and the owner of Remo Stars is also into Sports betting that goes well with his line of business.
@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC When last has Cotton Sport gitten to the group stage of the CAF competitions league? They dont even have a vertgoid record against Nigerian clubs. Are you Camerounian by the way?
@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC Lagos State does not own a football club but has put mechanisms in place to encourage private investors. Clubs like Sporting Lagos, Ikorodu City FC etc are springing up. I believe this is the template for the future.
@DonTheMerchant@RemoStarsSC Esperence, Zamalek , TP Mazembe and Al hali are super clubs on the African continent, it will be hard for any team to beat them, but I believe Remo Stars will take Canon Sports to the cleaners
