Prosecutors say it was a Polymer 80 GHOST GUN.

Court filings say that before the festival, his group met at a house where video showed at least 11 GUNS lined up on the FREAKING FLOOR!!!!

One of them matched the gun he was caught with.

Even his OWN LAWYER told the judge his actions were “dangerous and inappropriate.”

He was charged with FIRST-DEGREE ASSAULT with a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The state wants him tried as an ADULT.

On September 1st, Judge Veronica Galván kept him locked up and called him “a threat to community safety" but then when the hype went away... yesterday she let him go.

Electronic home monitoring. At his dad’s house. Online school.

Her reason?

SELF-DEFENSE.

Prosecutors told the court he’s a danger to the community. She sent him home anyway.

This isn’t the first time.

In December 2024, Judge Galván released a 17-year-old robbery suspect WITHOUT BAIL, over prosecutors’ objections.

FIFTEEN DAYS later, prosecutors say he and another teen lured a 14-year-old to a park in Everett, tied him to a tree, and ST*BBED him EIGHT TIMES.

🚨 DISGRACEFUL: A Portland high school football player LEVELED a kid who was running onto the field carrying the AMERICAN FLAG.

It happened before kickoff at Jefferson High's game against Grant.

The Jefferson player was ejected.

A South African father driving a "bakkie" (compact truck) with his children engaged multiple armed car jackers as he was leaving his gated property earlier this month.

According to The Post media, off camera one of the car jackers was waiting at the gate and put a gun to head of the mans son as he opened the gate, then their vehicle pulls up where the external footage here begins.

The father, a true Chad, pulls his concealed firearm and smokes all 3 would be car jackers whilst shielding his daughter with his body 💯🎯🤌🏽

Police in Virginia arrested 27-year-old Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano Wednesday night after finding him smashing the historic Iwo Jima statue near Marine Corps Base Quantico with a sledgehammer.

He knocked the head off one Marine, damaged other parts of the monument, and caused an estimated hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage.

He’s now facing multiple charges, including two felonies, and is being held without bond.

🚨#BREAKING: New bodycam footage from the Senatobia Walmart sh00ting that left a 1-year-old boy k*lled COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS the story his mother has been telling for 4 MONTHS...

She said her friend NEVER tried to hit officers and said the officers were on one side and the car was going the OTHER way.

The video debunks that entirely.

Bodycam footage shows that officers SURROUNDED the front of the car, ordering the driver to stop.

Over and over.

In fact, the driver BACKED INTO a sheriff’s deputy where he’s seen LIMPING afterward.

She swung her car and hit a PARKED CAR.

Officers fanned out in front, still shouting to STOP.

Instead, she ACCELERATED straight through them, appearing to hit Officer Hunter Foster.

That’s TWO officers hit, according to the footage.

Even as she drove off, officers were yelling “Stop the car right now.”
