Another huge win for our client $DPLS @darkpulse and ALL RETAIL who have invested in public companies with dilution funding by unregistered dealers.

This time, the court held that More Capital was a dealer that did not register with #FINRA The court ordered them to pay damages, cancelled all their securities held in #Darkpulse and awarded us attorneys fees.

This is only the second decision in the country, both secured by our firm, representing a public company issuer in this area of the law.

As I start considering retirement from full - time practice of law, I wanted to introduce you to my son, @BasileC_esq. Many of you don't know him, but he is a fourth generation attorney in our family and he will be picking up some of the heavy lifting along with my several other partners at @otclawyers.
