Some insight at the article here. Wotyjla’s clandestine priestly ordinations are mentioned as well, though I don’t know any more history or context besides what is written below.
Monsignor Eric Barr shared:
"Apparently, Mrs. Kirk is a practicing Catholic, their marriage was just validated in Catholic Church a few days ago. Charlie was to appear on Bishop Barron’s program in a few days. Sounds like he may have been about to become Catholic."
Charlie Kirk Quote:
"I love devout Catholics, so many in my life that I treasure."
"My wife baptized Catholic, my mom baptized Catholic and my grandmother was the greatest Catholic who ever lived. I have such GREAT RESPECT for really serious Catholics in so many different ways. My team has a lot of devout Catholics,"

Charlie Kirk told me last month what his mission was:
"My job every single day is actively trying to stop a revolution. This is where you have to try to point them towards ultimate purposes and towards getting back to the church, getting back to faith, getting married, having children. That is the type of conservatism that I represent, and I'm trying to trying to paint a picture of virtue of lifting people up, not just staying angry."
@FrTotleben92742 @RexfelisCatlord Respectfully, Father, I don’t believe that is a fair characterization. The Kolbe Center is staffed by good Catholics who do their best to share an unpopular opinion while substantiating their claims; further, they’ve helped me solidify the understanding of our faith immensely.
POSO: Every Middle East War ends with Christians slaughtered, by one side or the other. All these areas used to be Christian, they’re all slaughtered, and you say, ‘Oh, we pray for them,’ or you could maybe not start a war and get them all killed
@Nman1589 @RorateCaeli While Charlemagne is not canonized, he does have the title of ‘Blessed’ and his feast day, once celebrated in some parts of Europe, is January 28th.
The time is ripe for the Church to revisit the liturgical reforms of the 1960’s. They were contrived, ill-thought, and the product of a committee whose members were of dubious qualification and intent. The ‘liturgy wars’, which continue to this day, will not abate—even with the co-existence of two Roman Rites. Why? Because each rite represents a totally different ecclesiology.
@lazarusatgate@Catholic_Colin_@PerMariam other created person. As Pope Pius XII confirmed in his encyclical On the Mystical Body, Mary "offered Him on Golgotha to the Eternal Father, together with the holocaust of her maternal rights and her motherly love, like a New Eve for all children of Adam."
@lazarusatgate@Catholic_Colin_@PerMariam perfect obedience to God's will and in atonement for the sins of the world. Mary's offering of her own Son on Calvary, along with her own motherly compassion, rights and suffering, offered in union with her Son for the salvation of the human family, merited more graces than any…
