@charlie_twits @MonarchBook On May 4, 2026 Humacyte received a non compliance notice, which would have been November 2, 2026. However on June 5, 2026 Nasdaq cleared that notice. Humacyte is compliant but will receive a new letter soon.

@charlie_twits I don't think we'll see the real impact of geopolitical demand until the next earnings call. Hard to believe the US DOD, Israel, and Saudi Arabia are active against Iran and aren't heavily buying Symvess. Any data scrapers seeing a jump in hospital or military procurement?

Anything is possible, for me I believe they were in a 30 day quiet period. Waiting to drop the news on Monday free and clear of the Green Shoe of the brokers. An 8k would be triggered if they signed on July 2, but they could have waited later on in the week. Or it’s nothing to report. Could go up, could go down.
