Sounds great! I'm not a PE teacher but my school has hired a first year PE teacher that I think could benefit greatly from attending this conference. I will definitely pass along the information.

Dates for the state fall conference for physical educators in Hoover. It's a great three days with lots of professional development and networking. Really good for beginning teachers.
I just recently received an invitation to submit a proposal to present at the 2020 Alabama/Mississippi ACT Conference on December 9, 2020 at Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Topics look interesting, so you should definitely check it out.

"At school I received some help. I was given schoolbooks and pens, so I could continue to study for my future. I love going to school." - Nabyla, 13, studies at night in a temporary home where her family found refuge after being displaced, in Burkina Faso.
I completely agree. All students learn differently and some need that direct one-on-one instruction. I was one of those students in high school. I would be completely stressed out trying to be a high school student with the Coronavirus.
A complete virtual classroom is not conducive for all students. I will continue to use virtual learning resources in conjunction with direct instruction if the pandemic allows. When using the virtual classroom, meet with students in some fashion, for example, GoogleMeet or Zoom

Is a lack of understanding basic high school mathematics a reason so many people do not under the Coronavirus? The death rate and its spread are often modeled using exponential growth and logarithms which are discussed in high school math classes.
