Technically speaking the PM doesn't even need to be an MP (although it does make a number of parts of the role rather easier if they are).

@seankreynolds @GoDaddy Ouch, that is steep. Most hosts are usually able to offer free SSL certificates via @letsencrypt so it might be worth pushing GoDaddy on that
