In their rush to be seen as "respectable," they traded the core ethos of bitcoin for a seat at the table with institutions like MIT, JP Morgan, and figures like Bill Gates or Larry Summers.

They forgot the fundamental truth of the technology they claim to champion: Bitcoin does not seek validation. It provides verification.
