They need to look to steam for inspiration on retooling their refund process. It's been outdated.

Sony NEEDS to improve their refund policy if they're set on going all digital.

As soon you hit download on a game, you can't request a refund anymore. Even if you haven't booted it up once.

So if you buy a digital game and it's completely broken - too bad.

I think it would've been nice to see them aged up and tackle things that come with older parent superheroes and teenaged superheroes. And seeing how Jack develops with his Jack all of trades power.

To keep them frozen in time can be a bit easier from a writing standpoint, though
