Lewis Hall is another of our no.1 targets down the drain this summer.
An embarassment is an understatement.
Missed out on about 6-7 first choice targets per position and a net spend of £30m in a CL summer.
STILL in need of 3 signings with 3 weeks left of the summer. #mufc
Sandro Tonali was open to join Manchester United
Matheus Fernandes was open to join Manchester United
Bruno G was open to join Manchester United
Alex Scott is Open to join Manchester United
Lewis Hall was open to join Manchester United
It’s incompetence and lack of ambition from #INEOS to miss out on all their priority targets to other clubs then end up sighing second in class players and call it
“Smart recruitment” #MUFC is the biggest club in England but it’s now fair to say we’re have finally settled in as a mid table club all thanks to INEOS.
United had ALL YEAR to get Lewis Hall in instead INEOS have waited until Newcastle have sold their first team to try and get him
Wallahi they’re so brain dead
It’s gonna be jokes when Shaw or Mount inevitably get injured early in the season cause it will just make a mockery of INEOS and the clowns defending them.
Remember when INEOS sacked 450 employees, cancelled Christmas parties, lunch boxes, Sir Alex Ferguson's ambassadorial role and cut other costs under the excuse that it would free up more money for new signings?
That was a funny joke, wasn't it? They're now spending even less than before but continue defending them 👏🏻.
Imagine City who finished 2nd get Anderson, Enzo and Bouaddi. And United, who actually needed a midfield rebuild end up with Tielemans, Santos and Berge
INEOS needs to understand they can do deals early and still not overpay if they have good negotiators. The season starts in three weeks and the club that nearly paid €38m for Ederson and £85m for Mateus Fernandes is suddenly broke after spending only £85m while complaining about the high cost of every other target.
It's sad and funny how the club acts broke after a few signings but splash money on late signings after a run of poor results early into the season.
Fans are not asking for a starting xi where every player is worth £100m.
They're just asking the club stop the same mistakes that write off our season 10-15 games into a new one.
Based on this transfer window and the first two years of INEOS the conclusion has to be that United are no longer a big club with big ambitions. The constant attitude is to cut costs and refuse to compete with the top clubs. Call it what it is. Death by a thousand cuts
Sancho’s £300k+ per week wages are off the books.
Casemiro’s £300k+ per week wages are off the books.
Malacia’s wages are off the books.
Højlund was sold for €45m.
The Champions League qualification money has come in.
Bayındır’s and Onana’s wages are covered while on loan.
FIFA are covering £150k of Ugarte’s weekly wages.
Yet Manchester United fans are being told by journalists that the club can’t afford to sign a third midfielder because Rashford returned and is on £325k per week and they’re running with it.
Either INEOS are lying or Paul Pogba was right about United fans.
🚨 Paul Scholes on Manchester United signing only two midfielders so far:
“Arsenal won the league, reached three finals, including the Champions League final, and they’re already making moves to strengthen their squad depth. How can you tell me that Tottenham, who aren’t even playing in the Champions League, have signed more players than Manchester United, who will be playing in the Champions League next season?
I don’t think the club is serious enough. I don’t see Manchester United returning to its glory days. This is why Real Madrid has been far more successful than Manchester United.”
MCU Spider-Man films aren’t Spider-Man films, they’re made like MCU films and Spider-Man just happens to be in them
that’s why TASM 1 & 2 will always be better even with their own flaws, it’s still a true Spider-Man project
