47 yo patient harboring a right sigmoid sinus DAVF with cortical reflux. Treatment was performed by double injection of Squid through a detachable micro catheter in the MMA and through a balloon in the occipital artery. Complete occlusion was achieved.

I use liquid embolics (SquidPeri18 @BaltSpain) in bleeding becasuse 1) I´m (very) used to. 2)Liquids have lower recanalization rates than coils/amplatzer in a massive bleeding. What would you have done?
