Lady who scanned my boarding pass was wearing a Jimmy Garoppolo jersey. I said, “Jimmy G, huh?” And then she said “Here at Southwest Airlines safety is our top priority.”
We’ll fight like hell to keep QBs who sexually assault women from getting suspended for too long but when one of the good guys has concussive symptoms, returns to the game, doesn’t enter concussion protocol, and is allowed to play 4 days later, “our investigation is ongoing.”
The NFL and the Dolphins should be under serious investigation for how they handled Tua these past few days. This is absolutely sickening and inexcusable. We need to see some very severe consequences, if malpractice is proven.
If Tua takes the field tonight, it's a massive step back for #concussion care in the NFL.
If he has a 2nd concussion that destroys his season or career, everyone involved will be sued & should lose their jobs, coaches included. We all saw it, even they must know this isn't right
Here's a fun one:
The Penguins spent a whopping 16:52 on the power play tonight. During that time, they broke even in high-danger chances with the Red Wings at 4 apiece, per Natural Stat Trick.
Apparently if Jimmy Garoppolo was given the playbook and allowed to practice during training camp, he would’ve known about the ultra-secret plays called “don’t step out of the back of the end zone” and “don’t throw it a yard behind the intended receiver.”
