Just to let potential customers know, THIS is what militarymart are now classing as "grade A+". Crudely sewn holes, scuff marks allover, big permanent marker writing on with leather and broken rivets so the strap isn't even attached ect.

Hadn't fixed my bike and they acted like I was ridiculous to be upset about it! An absolute clown show. I'm referring to your arbroath store. I will now need to arrange transport to the store yet again,whenever your staff decide to actually do there job!

@parcelforceuk Payed like £9 for express delivery so i would be in to sign for the parcel but delivery wasn't attempted till 3 days later! So obviously I'm at work at they refuse to leave parcel with a neighbor so now it's back in bloody Perth!

Incredibly rude and hostile from the get go for no reason. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Fair enough if she's having a bad day but absolutely no reason to take it out on a customer.
