It’s now been over a week. I can’t get in touch with @Delta. I’m out $400 for the hotel I had to book. And now I have to fly this crap airline again. I tried to consolidate my travel to acquire status this year, woah boy was that a mistake. Stunningly terrible. Avoid delta

Worst experience I’ve ever had traveling was on @Delta. Flying from STT to BOS which I spent 300K pts for first class to have an enjoyable time with my fiancé and her family. here’s what happened:
1. The flight was broken into two legs, STT to JFK and JFK to BOS.

12. So I try the iMessage support. They can’t help us and tell me to call again.
13. I submit a formal complaint, expecting to be compensated for the hotel and significant inconvenience.
14. I continue to try to call daily, and am met with 3 hour hold times
