Basically, revenue sharing was costing them too much money. Didn't forecast well enough. Got gamed to heavily. So they had to restructure the payout structure.
Expect the slop to get worse.
the generations before us squandered a half century of unprecedented prosperity by investing individually instead of collectively, leaving us with collapsing infrastructure, economy, health systems, and an impossible job and housing market
One of the main reasons you see so many Latinos working for ICE and Border Patrol is that they actively recruit in our communities. Like the military, they offer a way out of poverty with a focus on convincing Latinos that they're different from immigrants.
A lot of our community willingly buys it because it rationalizes their paychecks. It's the same tactic ICE and police departments use in Black and Latino communities too. It's one of several ways white nationalism is infecting our respective communities.
Can’t eat salads (explosive diarrhea). Eggs are risky and now jalapeños too (salmonella). Beef is under threat from screwworm.
RFK has spent months lecturing us to “eat real food…” yet under his watch & cuts, real food keeps disappearing due to uncontrolled outbreaks. 🤷🏽♂️
I'm starting to suspect that the heavily promoted DNC/media narrative -- that campaigning with Hasan Piker is a huge albatross that Dem candidates should avoid -- may not have been entirely accurate.
If anything, the precise opposite seems to be true.
At the very least, it's proven to be more effective than campaigning with Liz Cheney.
our 20s was the last economic chopper out of saigon. the world we lived in simply dont exist anymore and everyone wonders why these kids are fucked up.
I honestly think a lot of billionaires have an almost religious belief about technological advancement and climate change, they view themselves as the chosen people who will get to go to mars and live on the arctic etc whilst the rest of us are sacrificial lambs when earth burns
During the first Red Scare liberals largely accepted the McCarthyist anti communist imperative, disagreeing more on tactics.
The mainstream critique was that the Red Scare went too far and targeted non communists as well.
Democrats are poised to repeat this framing again.
Why would anyone think groups funded by Wall St, billionaires, Altria, Amazon, Israel obsessives, Big Oil, etc care about “beating republicans”. They’re job is keeping Dems rightwing, not defeating republicans. That’s just marketing to justify why they’re shaping Dem priorities
