@GolfweekRingler Will be very curious to see where those players with Do Not Contact tags will go… In my experience, means something was happening behind the scenes.…

Such a shame what is happening in college athletics. @GoShockersMGLF and @JuddEasterling gave me an opportunity to start my career and will always be thankful for Wichita State. This is a sad, sad day in college golf.
What a horrendous take
Players were “forced” to take massive multi million dollar checks and then sue the very tour that gave them the platform to make names for themselves mostly because they weren’t paid their PIP money.
Was everything perfect? Obviously not but to say they were forced? Thats laughable
Yes, there’s a number of rounds that ANGC will say no to for me to go by myself and play by myself. That number is prob a little lower for me than a guy like Rory.
If you find a member to host you every time, there’s no limit.
I had plenty of chances to go to ANGC myself if I wanted to but didn’t go. Better use of my time practicing at home or wherever I am to get my game in better shape for my next tournament.
Course knowledge only gets you so far. Plenty of golfers have even more experience at Augusta than Rory like Justin Rose.
This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽♀️
Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.
Amazing how people keep misreading Coach Saban. He never said players shouldn’t get paid — he actually supports it.
His point was that college football needs structure: revenue sharing, real NIL deals, and clear rules. Right now it’s chaos with collectives, nonstop transfers, and eligibility loopholes.
Coach Saban won 7 national titles and is happily retired. He’s speaking up to help the game, not hurt it.
He knows the importance of education for players and their future. When the smoke clears. FOOTBALL AND NFL are Dreams EDUCATION AND Degrees is reality.
College football's most decorated head coach Nick Saban spoke at the White House on Friday at a college sports roundtable hosted by President Trump.
Saban called on lawmakers to fix issues he has seen at the collegiate level, where Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals have turned the focus away from education.
"How much does anybody talk about getting an education anymore? Nobody talks about it at all, which is the most important thing any of these student athletes can do in terms of enhancing their future."
Dear God. They’re actually doing it.
Our younger followers might not realize it, but this was one of the angriest, most hatin’-est rivalries in college football.
Kellen Moore not being inducted into the college football hall of fame is mind boggling
-winningest quarterback in NCAA history with a 50-3 record
-ranking high in career passing touchdowns (2nd all-time with 142),
-passing yards (around 14,667, top 10)
Chris Petersen is on the Mount Rushmore of greatest coaches in college football history! At Boise State went 92-12 & was 2x coach of the year (as many as times as nick Saban) Turned Boise State into a national power beat Oklahoma, OSU, VT, UGA, TCU, and many more! Never paid for players and changed the landscape of college football forever! Congrats to Coach Petersen on an unbelievable career and induction into the college football hall of fame! #BleedBlue
University of Houston coach Kelvin Sampson on managing his team: "I don't think I've talked to a parent in five years. Or more. I just don't deal with that. Now they all have tremendous influence on their children because it's their child.
"But I've always tried to coach these kids, these young men that I have, the way that I would want somebody to coach my kid. Teach him what the standards are and hold him accountable for those. Parents know that when they send their kids here."
