Garden City Public Schools is hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, June 21 and Thursday, July 6. If you've ever thought about working for the district, stop by the Educational Support Center to visit with various department reps and fill out an application!

Yesterday, education leaders and advocates held a press conference to address the special education funding shortfall in Kansas and its impact on students.

By statute, the state should cover 92% of excess special ed. costs; currently, it only covers 71%.
