OW2 Beta is very likely releasing / being announced in about 3 weeks. Router update for some game services like battle net included an update for overwatch with _demo in it, or something similar.

Someone on the forums provided evidence as well.

@OWAnonymous_ It probably feels trash because you have your window turned up too high. The aim assist window is essentially a box around your crosshair, in which aim assist takes affect. Lowering it makes it more precise on who you are trying to look at.
