@USPS is there any recourse or refund for express mail? I paid an extra $30 on a package on Friday, was supposed to be delivered Saturday (2/18) and it is still not delivered and won’t be until at least 2/21, what a rip off, $30 extra!!

@guitarcenter @UPS this is the 5th amp I’ve ordered in the last 6 months that got absolutely destroyed. Thousands of dollars of amps ruined. How is this acceptable shipping? Every single amp I’ve ordered in the last 8 months has been damaged. 4 of them beyond repair.
